Consumer Health Technologies, www.consumerhealthtech.com, a US software product company, develops an enterprise product for Consumer Directed Healthcare Administration. It is an advanced transaction and online account management system that will service a large number of American consumers. Our development is conducted on Java EE platform utilizing the latest IBM and Rational technologies - WebSphere, UDB (DB2), Rational Tester, Novel SuSe Linux Enterprise Server. It is an innovative product, which is well positioned to break the Consumer Directed Healthcare market.

Currently we are extending our team and for our new project we are seeking for

PROJECT MANAGER

PURPOSE:
Proactively coordinate and lead the development project; coordinate requirements definition, functional specification and testing and directly manage engineering, change management, risk management and delivery.

The ideal candidate must have strong project management skills and meet the following requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have experience managing JAVA based applications.
• Must have experience managing multiple projects.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Must have experience building large scale/enterprise level applications.
• Experienced with IBM technologies.
• Strong experience in SDLC.
• Knowledge of use of project management tools such as MS Project is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working for an US technology company is a big plus.
• Experience working for an US end-user company is a big plus.
• Ability to deligate and follow up.
• Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) is a bug plus.


DUTIES:
• Coordinate all aspects of project planning and execution to successful completion with quality results.
• Manage and lead on-time and on budget delivery.
• Prepare and present status reporting and administration with appropriate metrics.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with US staff and keep appropriate people abreast of progress and risks.
• Monitor adherence to plan, resource and development schedules.
• Coordinate and track delivery of requirements and functional specification.
• Manage technical design, engineering and delivery of project.
• Assign and manage day-to-day activities.
• Manage multiple con-current projects.
• Evaluate project risk and take lead to execute risk mediation strategies.
• Commitment to quality, excellence and predictable results.
• Foster sense of pride and responsibility in staff.
