Technical Support Engineer (Vacancy code: TSE_VoIP)

As a result of growing and obtaining new projects we announce opening of vacancy for Technical Support Engineer.

Technical Support Engineer is responsible for tracking, deep investigation, researching, fast localization and solving customer issue and as a result of the performed steps provide customer with well grounded:
Solution on how to resolve problem by some configuration changes
Developed workaround instruction which fixes the problem
Communication customer problem resolution and providing customer’s education activity
Requirements:
• Knowledge and understanding CTI, VoIP (SIP, H.323).
• Deep knowledge of SIP:
o Sessions and common call flows
o Transfer call flows in SIP
o Offer/Answer Model in SIP will be a plus
• Knowledge of SDP purpose, basic level
• Methods of DTMF transmitting in VoIP, basic knowledge will be a plus
• H.323 networks structure knowledge, basic level will be a plus
• Understanding and experience in different OS like Unix, Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and others.
• Experience network systems support, network protocols (voice network experience will be a plus)
• Knowledge and experience in RDBMS (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2), basic knowledge of SQL will be a plus
• Good English skills (reading, writing, communications skills)
• Logical thinking
Previous experience of working in Software Technical support – considered as plus but not mandatory requirement, candidates working in the past as DBA, system\network administrators or developers may fit into our search scope
