Duties:

Analyze functional requirements to the software product
Develop conceptual models of user scenarios according to functional requirements
Create interactive mock-ups of UI based on scenarios
Conduct usability tests and reviews
Develop final user interfaces
Required skills:

Expert in principles and practices of user interface design, interaction design and information architecture
Ability to understand business objectives and functional specs and be able to apply those to user interface design
Meticulous eye for detail to build pixel-perfect interfaces
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Expert in UI development technologies including HTML, XHTML, CSS and Javascript
Mastery of W3C web standards and specifications
Understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and how to develop cross browser code
English (upper-intermediate)
