Senior Java Architect

Requirements:
1. strong engineering and design skills – 5+ years
2. 3+ years of Java/J2EE development and design experience
3. strong theoretical knowledge in OOP/OOD, architecture and design patterns
4. experience in designing of web-enabled and distributed applications
5. experience in creating design specifications aligned with OOD approach
6. good written and spoken English
Responsibilities:
1. system design
2. design specification
3. prototyping
4. engineers coaching
5. research of new technologies and new development methodologies
