Test Team Lead

Purpose of the position: to organize and maintain testing process and manage a test team

Responsibilities:
• assign day-to-day supervision and direction of the team.
• analyze product specifications, creating and developing test plans and test strategies with respect to the underlying commercial framework
• establishing, expanding the test environment
• testing
• develop test plans and test cases
• stakeholder management: responsible for and have ability to communicate with all levels in the organisation (team, business units, management)
• making product improvement suggestions and conclusions about product quality

Requirements:
• people management and project management experience
• minimum 3 years experience as Team Leader or Senior Tester
• knowledge of a Software Testing Methodology & Tools
• knowledge of web-technologies
• experience in software testing
• knowledge of Software Testing Automation (including scripting)
• good written and spoken English
• flexible, ability to manage complicated tasks in a changing environment
• quality and client-oriented approach
