Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: being responsible for on-site installation, maintaining and repairing multi-vendor systems and components (hardware, networking products, software and operating systems); supporting and delivering operational services according to Customer requirements; troubleshooting, debugging; advising customers of preventive maintenance, configuration, and operational and environmental factors which may impact product performance or impair customer’s IT operation; building relationships with Client. Major requirements: University Degree (IT/Telecom preferred); 1+ years of successful experience in IT/Telecom industry in a technical/ customer support position; willing to improve knowledge in hardware and software; ability to apply Problem Solving Techniques and System Fixes; capability to perform Problem Management; good communication skills; client orientation; good in oral and written English.
