Bank IT Architect

Requirements:
•Experience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the
ability to communicate to a broad based team
•Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with system integration
methods and technologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with banking business processes, cross business unit initiatives, system development life cycles, and project management
•Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to providing
direction to cross-functional teams responsible for resolution of
complex technical challenges
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with
business units , IT Divisions, and Group Head Office entities
•Demonstrate the ability to take initiative and accountability for achieving results
Mandatory Experience and Skills:
• At least 2 years progressive experience with architecture design and / or
IT project management in the financial industry
• In-depth understanding of architecture design techniques for Data
Architectures, System Architectures, Communication Architectures, and
Application Architectures
• General understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts
• Enterprise Bus knowledge and industry standard system integration toot
experiences
• Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian language
