The Future Alliance assists its clients to attract, select and engage the best candidates for senior and specialist positions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for the start-up of the HR and recruitment department of our client’s business in Lviv and playing an active role in the expansion and management of this unit.
• Contribute actively to identifying new opportunities and developing new business activities.
• Understand the needs of our clients, organizing intake meetings about junior and senior positions within their companies.
• Provide high quality search and pre-selection of candidates, conducting telephone and personal interviews.

The ideal candidate has:

• At least 2+ years of recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter in a western company or a recruitment consultant in top recruiting companies or local ICT companies.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Positive, dynamic, self-driven, result- and client-oriented attitude.
• Business Developer with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation, growth and success.
• Excellent knowledge of English is a must (both verbal and written).
