Subsidiary of American software development company is extending its activity on Ukrainian market and is looking for a candidate to fill the position Test and Tool Developer
Requirements:
• BSCS, BSEE or equivalent;
• solid C, C++ knowledge;
• expertise in any of the following scripting languages: Perl (preferably), TCL, Shell, Bash;
• data communications and network protocol experience (especially in VoIP);
• readiness to extensively communicate with remote team members and be proactive;
• documentation writing skills;
• good technical English.
Job Description:
• responsible for creating test environment and testing all companies VoIP products within the Design, Verification, and Test (DVT) organization;
• responsible for planning test strategies, negotiating specifications, writing test plans, implementing test infrastructure, developing test tools, developing test scripts, qualifying tests, running tests, analyzing results, performing root cause analysis, and writing bug and summary reports;
• develop automated test scripts using C, Perl and other languages in Linux and Windows environments;
• develop diagnostic, performance and verification processes for mostly internal and some external use;
• develop application components for internally developed applications.
