POSITION PURPOSE: Assist in analyzing and defining information and technical needs and participate in maintenance and support of IS solutions and services for Marketing and Sales Departments.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Acquire knowledge of business function and technical areas;
• Assist in analyzing, defining information and technical needs;
• Ensure uninterrupted service provision - Sales and Merchandising system;
• Participate in deploy Sales Force Automation applications and projects;
• Ensure services compliance with ITIL;
• Participate in the design, build and deployment of the local systems solutions;
• Provide maintenance and support for Marketing and Sales applications and services;
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in computer/mathematical science;
• 3 years experience in relevant sphere;
• Computer Skills: MS SQL, MS Visual Studio, C#, MS Office, MS Project
• Proficient skills in software development, database development and administration, customer service;
• English (upper-intermediate level);
