Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
Education & Experience:
- MS-BS/BA in software engineering, computer science, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience as an Software Developer/Software Architect.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead systemsdevelopment, draw architecture of the software from the concept;
- Measure &improve productivity, ensure strategic architectural direction & technical standards are followed;
- Translate the Enterprise Architecture, security & other external standards into practical functional requirements.
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Understanding thecustomer requirements & mentoring the rest of developmentteam on the technical implementation issues;
- At least 2 years ofhands-on experience in: OOP with C# and/or C++
- Reading & designing UMLdiagrams;
- Deep knowledge in OO programming and design;
- Patterns.
General requirements:
- Conceptual methodical thinking,
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be a successful member of the team;
- Good communication skills and English language skills.
