Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
Education & Experience:
- MS-BS/BA in software engineering, computer science, or a related field;
- Proven record of PM experience, 1+ years of project management;
- 3-10 successfully managed project;
- Average managed team size is 5+, including both development and testing groups;
- 10000+ h of total budget of managed projects;
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in this area;
Technical Skills & Requirements:
- Good knowledge of software development cycle, methodologies (XP, Agile, RUP, CMMI, eSCM) and practices;
- Experience in estimations process;
- Ability to effectively communicate with the customer;
General requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be a successful member of the team;
- Communication skills and English language skills.
