Onsite activities in France or GB.

To ensure the System Architectural Model is implemented as a multi-layer coherent design that can be ultimately used to generate high quality code.
To provide a technical leadership to enhance the competence of professional software engineering by mentoring and example.
To ensure the output from the software engineering team meets all quality and safety standards set
• Analyse System engineering and architecture model and produce design breakdown using modeling tool.
• Supervise the production of next level models by professional software engineers
• Mentor professional engineers to enhance their skills
• Ensure all software artifacts are delivered to the scheduled timescales, cost and quality.
• To manage defects and enhancements modification, ensures work products and documentation updates
• To implement all quality assurance activities, ensure that applicable standards, procedures and methodologies are followed
• To provide real-time visibility of the progress of such projects, changes to such projects, the implications of such changes (both financial and resource) to everyone appropriate. To communicate her/his activities status and KPI, ensures technical consistency
Experience:
5 Years plus experience in the development of medium size Real time embedded systems
Experienced in model based design using UML and SysML
Experienced in a globally recognized procedural based development environment such as Unified Process
Experienced in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool such as Enterprise Architect (EA)
