Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (Podol District)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Web Services Engineer for enterprise software product
• Strong knowledge of Java, experience with web-development using Servlets/JSP/J2EE or equivalent technologies.
• Experience developing Windows applications
• Understanding of object oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Good understanding of Services Oriented Architecture
• Understanding of concurrent programming concepts, experience with
multi-threaded or multi-process applications or frameworks
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, experience with database connectivity API’s such as JDBC or ODBC.
• Participate in peer review sessions to ensure quality deliverables
• Experience with XML technologies and API’s

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have minimum of three years commercial software development experience. Five years of experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills with intermediate level of English
* Team Player
* Experience with source control and development tools
* Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal, as this position involves constant interaction with all levels of the Organization

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
