We expect you to have:
• 1.5 years working experience at similar position
• Good knowledge of Windows OS family;
• Good knowledge of network protocols and applications, Active Directory;
• Good knowledge of network appliances (Cisco, 3Com etc), PC hardware;
• Working experience in servers, users and hardware supporting;
• A service-minded and service-oriented person;
• An ability to work in team and under pressure;
• A good grasp of technical English; English fluency at intermediate level
