As a technical lead you lead 2-5 engineers and are responsible for all aspects of these projects (technical success, mentoring and training, project schedules, coding, design, review, documentation, etc).
Management and technical contributions are equally important in this role. Technical leads are expected to contribute technically to their project.
Requirements:
• (Extensive) relevant hands-on technical experience with a record of strong individual technical achievement.
• (Extensive) relevant experience leading projects of small to moderate size.
• People management skills, proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
• Strong Java and C/C++ programming skills.
• Substantial knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.
• Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
• Addiction to Quality.
• Deep understanding of IT-Security.
