TechDiscovery (Harvey Nash Group), US based IT solutions and consulting company, opens its new Kiev office and starts search for experienced Project Manager.
Client Management Skills:
Interpersonal skills: maturity, professionalism, communication & listening skills.
Ability to work effectively at the executive level.
Think strategically with both IT and business units.
Able to resolve conflict successfully and effectively on both the client side and within the development team.
Capacity for and proven success identifying and acquiring new business with clients.
Project Management Skills:
Ability to deliver technical projects.
Well defined project management skills.
Proven experience in delivering new applications.
Solid understanding of SDLC.
Good technical skills & insights with J 2 EE and .Net.
Manage developers directly – guide architectural decisions.
Able to hire motivated, skilled talent and fire poor performers.
Leadership Skills:
Accountability for results, make decisions.
Strong leadership style – extroverted, confident and ambitious.
High integrity, strong sense of ownership.
Business Experience:
>10 years work experience.
University degree.
5 years experience in consulting/Project management is preferred.
Industry experience – technology company, software company is a plus.
Could expect to travel to Great Britain and/or USA.
