Large company opens Project Manager position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer.

Responsibilities:

-Manage a team of software engineers of varying skill levels
-Communicate daily with customer’s representatives to understand customer’s business needs, make resource planning for several projects.
-Able to resolve conflict successfully and effectively on both the client side and within the development team.
-Agree timescales and requirements with key stakeholders
-Become the key liaison with customer to precise project’s scope, requirements and schedule.
-Elaborate estimations, proposals
-Provide regular project’s reporting. Day-by-day project monitoring and control
-Managing distributed teams
-Proactively recommend process, tool, and development methodology improvements
-Actively mentor software engineers to help them progress in their careers

Requirements:

General PM experience
-Proactive, great attention to detail, results-oriented problem solver, and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
-Ability to motivate engineers
-Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development
Leadership Skills:
-Strong leadership style – extroverted, confident and ambitious.
-High integrity, strong sense of ownership.

Additional skills:

-Experience with management of test teams (up to 3 people)
-CAD/CAM systems
