We are seeking a Business Development Manager

Reporting to Director General: Plan, organize, and coordinate activities of DDC projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors or staff.
Main Requirements:
• 2+ years Project Management experience in software technology industry
• Superior communication, management and writing skills in English
• Thorough understanding of development process organization
• Experience in Document Management and Workflow preferred
Functional Responsibilities:
• Consults and reviews with management project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
• Develops project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans and allotment of resources for each phase of the project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• Responsible for handling / overseeing more than one project at a time depending on scope of work of each project.
• Formulates and defines administrative scope and objectives of project for project personnel.
• Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Coordinates recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
• Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules and plans as required.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously improve projects performance.
