Technical Competencies
• Background/qualification in Internet based IT
• Practical experience of OOP/OOD and design patterns (i.e. MVC)
• 3-4 years commercial experience of developing J2EE applications (Servlets/JSP), JDK 1.5
• Spring/Hibernate Frameworks
• SOAP/Axis
• SQL (ANSI 92)
• SVN or CVS source control systems
• IDEs: Eclipse or IDEA
• Ant
• Excellent code reading ability

Highly Desirable

• GWT
• Ajax/Javascript
• Velocity/FreeMarker/Tapestry
• Maven 2.0
• Agile experience
• Continious Integration (Cruise Control)
• TTD
