A well-known global IT-company, providing software development services, opens Business Analyst position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer.

Responsibilities:

Perform requirements research and data gathering through interviews and workshops.
Fully understand end user requirements, and communicate these to the development team
Ensure deliverables match functional specification
Troubleshooting issues – diagnosis, root cause analysis and handling escalations
Development of end to end system test plans and the testing solutions, obtain concise definitions of test acceptance criteria
Testing
Define data models to meet analytical, data security, reporting, performance and SCM requirements
Obtain user agreement to the solutions proposed
Define and execute plans for user adoption of the systems post-delivery
Have excellent command skills to conduct meetings remotely
Be results driven
Set and reset priorities continuously and work to tight deadlines
Understand and experienced with Project Life Cycle concept

BA skills (mandatory):

Strong ability to discern and document processes, identify inefficiencies, optimize, and sell process improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good command of written and verbal English
Customer facing skills
Structured Testing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Overseas experience - nice to have

Technical skills (ideal):

Experienced using UML, knowledge of standard software development practices
Previous development experience with Oracle
Ability to read/analyze SQL and PL/SQL code
