A well-known global IT-company, providing software development services, opens Sr.Java Dev/TeamLead position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer.

Responsibilities:

-This person will be responsible for development of complex modules in Java technology. Daily activities include development of software components according to design specifications and their unit testing. Developer also supports functional testing, system testing, and implementation.
-With at least 5-7 years experience in IT Industry they should have strong hands on experience in all sets of Java technologies. (J2EE, Design Patterns, Weblogic, Application tuning).
-Good communication skills and upper intermediate level of English would be a big advantage. (The candidate should easily read and write emails and read project documentation, while ability to communicate on the phone is not mandatory).
-At project startup trip for 2-6 month to NY for knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

-Development and design experience of enterprise application software
-Java
-Core Spring
-Spring MVC or alternatives
-J2EE: JTS, JMS, JNDI, JAAS
-JDBC
-XML/XSL, Web2.0 (DHTML+Ajax+JS), CSS
-Design patterns, knowledge of standard software development practices including OO design.
-Must show good examples of designing, and developing of professional applications.
-Good English communicative skills (verbal/reading/writing).
-Project planning and work estimation
-Tech lead experience

Additional skills:

-BEA WebLogic
-JBoss
-UNIX user-level knowledge is a plus.
-Tomcat
-SOA
-Distributed Systems
