Main Requirements:
1. Sure user of Windows and MS Office;
2. Interest in the sphere of Mobile and Internet entertainments, Internet, SMS, MMS and IVR services;
3. Experience of work in call-centers (nearly for one year);
4. Fluent Russian, Ukrainian (English is a plus);
5. Creative thinking and orientation on the result;
6. Strong communicative skills;
7. Grammatical speech, pleasant voice;
8. Ability to perceive information quickly;

Main Responsibilities:
1. Reception of going and outgoing calls;
2. Users’ support of Chatformula.com;
3. News, horoscope, informative services updating on company’s dating site;
4. Conduction of call database;
5. Reporting to Marketing Department;
6. Service of clients’ queries via e-mail, telephone;
