Well-known American IT company is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of HR Manager/recruiter to extend its HR department.
Responsibilities:
Providing search, selection and recruitment of IT personnel for the company vacancies:
job advertisements’ publishing;
search and analysis of resumes using different sources (job-boards, IT forums, candidates’ DB..);
candidates’ preliminary selection;
coordination with team-leads and HR director re interview process;
general interviews with potential candidates;
work with recruitment agencies.
Job market review, preparing recruiting statistics and reports.
Requirements:
High compensation depending on experience and skills ($1000-1500)
University degree.
Good spoken and written English.
3+ years IT recruitment experience, combination of experience within agency and in-house preferred. Specialization as a recruiter of IT staff is a must.
Be familiar with Information Technologies concepts.
People-oriented, enthusiastic person
Excellent team-player with positive attitude, able to communicate effectively, open, friendly.
Confident, hard working, responsible, with strong analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
