Responsibilities:
• The System Architect performs deployment, operational management and technical support for the stores IT infrastructure
• To coordinate different subcontractors during implementation of the store IT Infrastructure solutions as designed and planned
• To perform operational management of the store IT infrastructure, including the necessary housekeeping and maintenance of the infrastructure
• To periodically review the store IT Infrastructure integrity
• To implement proper store-related IT security policies and ensure that they are properly implemented and maintained in accordance with Corporate policies and/or Local standards
• To provide second-line technical support for store IT Infrastructure within organization
• To participate in procurement of the store IT Infrastructure components in accordance with Corporate policies and directions of IT Infrastructure Manager

Requirements:
• Higher education
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in an international or large Ukrainian company (experience in the retail will be a plus).
• Fluent English language knowledge
• Understanding the concept of Service Level Agreement, Helpdesk, Call Center
• IT skills: LAN, TCP/IP, Active Directory, Microsoft OS administration, Office equipment, PC & Server architecture, UPS, Backup & Recovery, Telephony, Information security
• Knowledge of retail specific elements of IT Infrastructure is a plus (cash desk, fiscal printer, EC Terminals, bar code scanner)
• To be ready for possible frequent business trips
