C# Team Leader

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Software Development;
- Senior developer knowledge in C#, Windows Forms;
- Oral and written English at least on intermediate/upper intermediate level;
- Ability to work with specifications, document decisions;
- Understanding of working methodologies, preferably RUP and Scrum;
- Strong leadership.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT ARE WELCOME:
- Experience with Smart Client Software Factory/CAB;
- Experience with Oracle;
- Experience with Java, EJB;
- Experience with OR/M engines (preferably Hibernate/NHibernate);
- Experience of managing group of several developers;
- Knowledge in UI user experience, usability – initial level.

RERESPONSIBILITIES:
- Point-of-contact in Sevastopol for developers, leads, tester for out staffed team of big IT-company;
- Regular contact with Dnipropetrovsk Project Manager, Team Leads, Architect regarding current work status and loading;
- Contact with USA Product Specialists/Architects regarding tasks;
- Working time estimation;
- Receiving tasks for team, assigning tasks to developers, negotiation of requirements;
- Commitment in skill improvement of developers;
- Analyze documentation, created by developers;
- Code review;
- Managing and controlling time of employees;
- Technical problem solving;
- Communication with testers;
- Primary technical interviews for candidates.
