IT Specialist Work Placement in Great Britain

The Complete Package is:

Basic Salary: up to £1200 per month (2400$)
Depends on the candidate (abilities, skills, working experience)

Basic Package

In all cases you will be allowed to use our computers and 24Mbps internet as much as you want 24/7 and phone to Russia, Ukraine etc for free (reasonable amount of use, try to avoid phoning mobile phones). Our ‘National Health Service’ (medical care) is free in the UK.
For office work that will be from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. You will have 30 minutes for lunch and can have any reasonable breaks for coffee etc. If you wish you can work extra hours in the evening or weekends and then take some days off-Ex. Friday and Monday so you can take a trip to Scotland or wherever for 4 days (Friday to Monday)

Option A
You will receive (cash) from us £1200 (2400$) per Month (£280 per week) and you can organise your own accommodation, utility bills, pay housing (Council) tax etc.

Option B
You will receive (cash) from us £750 per Month (£185 per week) and organise and pay for all your accommodation etc expenses – all you have to do is move in.
-We provide bedding, kitchen equipment etc.
-It is a room in a shared student house connected to our offices with direct internal access into our offices and so no need to get up early and spend time and money travelling to work.
-We do not pay for food, personal hygiene products (soap etc), clothes and tourism.

It will be extremely difficult for you to organise everything you need here before you come and will almost certainly cost more than £500 per Month. No student have ever chosen Option A.
£750 per month is enough to buy food and have a reasonable social life in Britain, and save some money for future living in your Country.
COMPARED TO Russia and the Ukraine
Accommodation is more expensive
Clothes are cheaper thanks to the new ‘fast fashion’ like Primark
Food is a little cheaper (see www.asda.com)
The costs in us providing this accommodation are: £1200 per month Salary (OptionA)

Electricity -£20
Telephone -£20
TV Licence -£10
Travel Expenses (to work) -£40
£750 per month Salary (Option B)
In fact, the package is better than this as you do not have to pay for Council Tax, Income Tax, Health Insurance, Internet Access, Repairing of your home, kitchen or TV etc equipment etc. In Option B we organise almost everything for you-you simply need to bring some basic personal possessions and move in.
Bonus Package

We find there are 3 stages in a Student’s Work Placement
1) Students Take more than they Give ( normally 1-2 months depending on ability and attitude) They need more help from us to train them than to help us
2) 2) Students Take as much as they Give (normally 3rd month depending on ability and attitude) They need the same amount of help from us to train them than they help us
3) Students Take (much) less than they Give (normally 4th month+depending on ability and attitude)
We want to encourage:
-Teamwork
-Productivity (Quality and Quantity)
-You to stay here as long as possible
During Stages
1) We will pay you NO Bonuses
2) We will pay you 50% Bonuses
3) We will pay you 100% Bonuses

Your team colleagues (permanent employees and fellow students) will get together and democratically (unanimous, secret vote) and decide when they consider you have moved from 1) to2) and then on to 3). You will therefore need to impress the team about the care and amount you work in order to benefit from these additional bonuses (rewards for working well)

The exact details of the bonus scheme are sensitive, but are based on success of your work while you work here. They are paid per success while you are working for us and we would expect these to be minimum £500 per month.

As your basic £750 per month is enough for you to live on you can either chose to save this money or go on holidays etc-or better still, a bit of both.

Their abilities need to include:

- Website creation (not necessarily artistic skills as pictures, templates can be got from elsewhere) for spoof websites
- Use of Photoshop to alter passports, utility bills and other IDs
- Database creation and maintenance in MS Access (not necessarily the inputting of data)
- Creation of a link (microwave, laser and/or radio frequency) between 2 buildings apart from each other
- Set up proxy server in 2nd remote apartment
- Use of Proxy servers etc to hide IP Addresses in emails and during web surfing
- Encryption of Data on computers, emails and maybe even phone calls (via Symbian mobile phones)
- Setting up of a Linux server to allow VoIP phoning (making and receiving of calls in a way that will allow us to change and unhide Caller ID numbers)
- PC Maintenance (including Network - even Meraki wireless street network)
