Required skills for candidates:
Javascript, HTML, CSS knowledge
XSLT
Web 2.0 framework (Ext, GWT)
General knowledge of web frameworks (Struts, JSF, Spring etc)
Portlets (JSR-168 and JSR-286) so experience with this is also a bonus.

Desired skills:
Confident English
Cocoon is a bonus
Flex (Adobe)
