Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:

- Qualification: BS/MS (CS or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience
- Proven team or technical lead expertise with a team of 5+ people
- Excellent communication skills
- Good architectural knowledge of either J2EE or .NET platforms
- Good oral and written English
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
