OutCubator, a Silicon Valley-based, web technology company is looking for PHP Developers to work on innovative web projects.
OutCubator is a startup incubator helping startups in Silicon Valley build their initial products quickly. We are not an outsourcing company, we work as part of the team in the United States and influence the decision. If you are a code-monkey, please do not apply. We are looking for smart people who like to use their brains and who have strong and good opinions on how to build a good product and be able to execute. We currently have a portfolio of web startups that involve eCommerce, Social Networks, Social Applications, Chat Programs, Real Estate, Search Engines, Auction Marketplaces etc...And we have a vacancy for each one of these. We are a fast-speed, high-quality, highly independent team with a great attention to detail. We are looking for smart thinkers, who like to contribute to the foundation of the product and contribute to the success of the product and grow with our team and help the portfolio products grow.

Basic requirements:
-University Degree in an Engineering field.
-Expert level knowledge of PHP4 and PHP5.
-Object Oriented Programming Experience or a good level of Understanding.
-Expert level knowledge of MySQL and experience with complex queries.
-DHTML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, XSLT
-AJAX and Usability
-Excellent level of written English, a good level of Spoken English.
-Experience working in a team and collaborating with international team members.

Usability, OOP Programming, good English skills are very important.
