DESCRIPTION:
This position exists to maintain and support smooth IT Service Requests (ITSR) operations for the Company users worldwide.
• process/escalate access requests, audit and escalate outdated access rights, close processed requests, monitor usage (e.g. Active Directory accounts),
• Monitor and support daily operations of ITSR process.
REQUIREMENTS TO THE CANDIDATES:
• Junior Technical background, undergraduate or graduate position
• At least 1-2 years experience in IT, Technical or Customer Service
• Knowledge of IT processes and services, Active Directory Services, MS Exchange. HP Service Desk and Windows scripting knowledge is a plus.
• Team player, strong analytical and communication skills. Strong discipline. Self-studying.
• Good English is required (spoken and written)
