ELEKS announces a vacancy opening for Business Development Manager at Lviv office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of market environment and competition
• Maintain awareness of market and technology trends via networking, research of industry events, technology blogs, tracking activities and publications of recognized experts and thought leaders
• Develop in-depth expertise in strategic technology market segments. Act as a face of the company in these areas. Develop relationships with industry influencers
• Focus on networking and quality leads generation by identification of new clients through existing networks as well as new ones
• Develop strategic alliances and partnerships, propose potential business deals, work closely with partners to expand sales
• Build in-depth understanding of prospective customer’s business. Explore and leverage upgrade and upsell opportunities
• Promote value of ELEKS’ products and services to the target market
• Organize and execute presentations to prospective customers
• Work closely with BD team to achieve organizational objectives and KPIs
• Contribute to development of the company’s positioning, marketing, operational and strategic plans
• Lead one or more business development initiatives, prepare detailed action plans with budgets, goals and objectives in line with company’s strategy

Mandatory requirements:

• 5+ years of sales experience in IT solutions and services
• Common understanding of processes and technologies in the IT company
• Past exposure to and knowledge of IT solutions and services market in the US and EU
• Understanding of a variety of business models used in IT/technology sector and one or more customer segments
• Demonstrable experience in the acquisition of new clients
• Ready to meet challenging business development goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to listen
• “Can-do” approach, experience of consulting
• Analytical qualities, systematic approach to solving problems, ability to prioritize effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Self-starter and team player
• Fluent English, other languages would be a plus
• International experience, exposure to various cultures would be a plus
• Bright energetic personality with a variety of interests and desire to try new things
